Have the Federal government fail Nigerians???

Is it that the federal government has failed Nigerians? If the Federal government negotiates with terrorist with large sum i guess the country is walking into a doom. This sums are used to empower same terrorist groups we are fighting against to buy big ammunitions to create more crisis in the states. Prominent politicians has made it a big business medium buy sponsoring these terrorist groups and make big cash for themselves. How can we redeem what has been lost?
